Chia seed pudding

1 1/2 cup herbal tea, coconut milk or plain filtered water

1/2 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup chopped nuts, seeds and berries

sweetener if preferred - honey, agave or stevia

Mashed banana will also give desired sweet taste

 

Let soak overnight to form a lovely, thick joghurt-like pudding.  Serve with extra fresh fruit.
