Sometimes a smoothie can be too cold for a winter's day, but this one asks for unfrozen ingredients and if you mix it in the blender for a few minutes, the cold wears off.
INGREDIENTS:
5 dates
1/2-1 cup pineapple pieces
2 bananas
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/2 scoop AIM propeas (vegan protein powder)
1/4 cup raw almonds
METHOD:
Mix everything together in a power blender, with 3-4 cups water.
Enjoy.
